Terry Campbell

Chief Operating Officer

Terry Campbell is a lifelong marketing and communications professional, entrepreneur and natural leader. In her last role as Vice-President of Marketing & Communications for Illumination Foundation, Terry oversaw a talented multidisciplinary team responsible for marketing, communications, development, grants, community engagement and event strategy. She was responsible for an annual multi-million dollar development budget that exceeded projected revenues each of the five years she was at the helm of her team.

Terry began her Marketing career at Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI), serving as the first Director of Marketing for renowned Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas. She left Marriott Vacation Club to co-found, Teramor Corporation, a comprehensive Marketing Services Agency. Teramor’s team specialized in generating sales qualified leads to Starwood locations in the United States and Mexico, and managed a database of over 20 million records, executed 50 different marketing campaigns every month and implemented a market management strategy supporting 450 contact center operators. While at Teramor, Terry and her team secured clients such as Marriott, KSL, the Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis and Homebuilders such as Lennar, Pulte and MBK.

Terry left Teramor Corporation in 2007 to raise her young children full-time. Over the next ten years, she maintained leadership roles in the school community and served as a founding Board Member of nonprofit, Strength In Support, whose mission is to provide mental health services to military personnel, veterans and their families. During this period, she also founded travel and lifestyle blog, Cashmere Apron, which married her creative and culinary skills with her passion to entertain and connect with others with similar pursuits. Terry is graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, is a lifelong resident of Orange County, CA and currently lives in Laguna Beach. Terry believes in the vision of NHHA and the opportunity to work toward equity for all, especially the most vulnerable among us.
