AJonathan Saldaña brings a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to his role as Information Technology Platform Manager at National Healthcare and Housing Advisors (NHHA). With a background in data-driven problem solving and system efficiency, he is dedicated to improving NHHA’s systems management, ensuring seamless client care and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.   

During his previous role at Yamamotoyama, Jonathan worked closely with engineers, operators, and executives to diagnose and resolve industrial machinery inefficiencies. Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and CAD software, he identified root causes of production issues and implemented cost-effective solutions that improved system performance. His experience managing IT systems at Illumination Foundation also reinforced his ability to support and refine software platforms that are essential for organizational success.  

With a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Jonathan applies his expertise in process flow, data analytics, and system optimization across different fields. His fluency in Spanish and English allows him to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.   

Jonathan plays a vital role in optimizing internal systems that support NHHA’s mission of improving healthcare and housing services. His analytical mindset and technical expertise drive system enhancements that streamline operations, enhance user accessibility, and ultimately ensure more efficient client care. By bridging technical and operational needs, he helps NHHA and its partners deliver impactful solutions to the communities they serve.
