Alejandra De Leon is a dedicated Purchasing and Procurement Manager at NHHA, where she focuses on building strong supplier relationships, streamlining processes, and supporting the company’s goals through thoughtful and efficient procurement practices. Since stepping into this field in 2021, Alejandra has worked to learn and grow within the field, bringing a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to her work.  

Before transitioning to procurement, Alejandra spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, starting in 2011. She worked primarily in Housing Programs, where she had the privilege of supporting families and communities in need. This experience taught Alejandra the importance of empathy, adaptability, and clear communication—qualities she continues to value in her professional journey.  

Alejandra is grateful for the opportunity to merge her past experiences with her current role, striving to contribute meaningfully to NHHA’s success and remains committed to learning and growing in the field of procurement, always with a focus on integrity and sustainability.
