Her prior roles as Operations Manager have equipped her with extensive experience in overseeing daily operations, managing financial health, recruiting, and training staff, and maintaining client relations. She has a proven track record of optimizing organizational systems, ensuring compliance with legal and HIPAA regulations, and driving growth through strategic marketing and outreach efforts.
